Welcome to Pawstee! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to Pawstee. Pawstee operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). Pawstee is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.
The below terms and conditions, together with any policies referenced herein (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms") describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

All Pawstee products are custom-printed, made-to-order items featuring original designs. We make every effort to accurately represent our products; however, colors and appearance may vary depending on your device's screen settings, and we do not warrant that products will look identical to how they appear online.
Product descriptions are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or design at any time.
Section 3 – Orders
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Pawstee reserves the right to accept or decline any order for any reason at its discretion. Your order is not accepted until we confirm acceptance and process your payment.
Because our products are made-to-order and enter production shortly after purchase, please review your order carefully before submitting — we may be unable to accommodate changes or cancellations once production has begun. If we cancel or change an order, we'll notify you using the contact information provided at checkout.
Your purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Return and Refund Policy.
You represent and warrant that your purchases are for personal use and not for commercial resale.
Section 4 – Prices and Billing
Prices, discounts, and promotions are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the price in effect at the time your order is placed, as shown in your order confirmation email. Unless otherwise stated, posted prices do not include taxes, shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate payment and billing information, and to promptly update this information as needed. You represent and warrant that any payment method you use is valid, that you are authorized to use it, and that you will pay all charges incurred, including shipping and applicable taxes.
Section 5 – Shipping and Delivery
We are not liable for shipping or delivery delays. All delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs processing, or events outside our control. Once we transfer products to the carrier, title and risk of loss passes to you. Our Services, including all trademarks, brand elements, text, designs, images, and graphics, are owned by Pawstee or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You may use the Services for personal, non-commercial use only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any material on the Services without our prior written consent.
Pawstee's name, logo, and product designs are trademarks of Pawstee. You must not use them without our prior written permission.
Section 7 – AI-Generated Designs
Some or all of the artwork featured on Pawstee products is created using artificial intelligence tools. While we take care in reviewing designs before they're offered for sale, we do not guarantee that any design is entirely free of unintentional similarity to existing third-party trademarks, copyrighted works, or protected characters. If you believe a design infringes your intellectual property rights, please contact us at support@pawstee.com so we can promptly review and address the concern.
Section 8 – Optional Tools
You may be provided access to customer tools offered by third parties as part of the Services, which we neither monitor nor control. You acknowledge and agree that we provide access to such tools "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, and we have no liability arising from your use of them.
Section 9 – Third-Party Links
The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, or practices of any third-party site, and any interaction with such sites is at your own risk.
Section 10 – Relationship with Shopify
Pawstee is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you. However, any sales and purchases you make in our store are made directly with Pawstee. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and Pawstee, including any injury, damage, or loss resulting from purchased products. You release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims arising from your purchases and transactions with Pawstee.

All personal information we collect through the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy. Because our Services are hosted by Shopify, Shopify also collects and processes certain personal information to provide and improve the Services. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pawstee, Shopify, and their affiliates from any claims, damages, or liabilities (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your breach of these Terms, your violation of any law or third-party right, or your use of the Services.

If any provision of these Terms is found unlawful or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the fullest extent permitted by law, and the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not waive that right. These Terms, along with any referenced policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Pawstee regarding your use of the Services.

You may not transfer or assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign or transfer these Terms without notice to you.
Section 23 – Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and the courts of Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from or related to these Terms or the Services.

We may update these Terms at any time by posting changes to this page. Material changes will be communicated in accordance with applicable law. Your continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
